My opponent is taking a while
Matchmaking waits for another real player with the same time control. The early beta may have few people online. Use Friend mode to create a private invitation, or practice against a computer while you wait.
I lost my connection
Your online game and clock continue on the server. Reopen the game link or use the active-game link on the Play page to reconnect. Practice games on this device pause when the page is hidden.
I need to recover or delete my account
Use Forgot password from the sign-in screen. For deletion, open Settings or follow our account deletion page. Email us if you cannot access your account.
I want to report a player
Open your game and select Report or block opponent. Include the game link if you contact support. Reports are private. See Fair play for the rules and appeal process.
Free first release
All features in this release are free, including unlimited puzzles and up to 20 full game reviews per day. There are no purchases to restore or subscriptions to manage. The website is a preview; the iOS and Android apps are coming soon.
